Photocopies of newspaper articles relating development in the Stanley Street and Walnut Street areas, 1991,1993,1994.
Agendas and meeting minutes for the St. Thomas Planning and Development Committee, 1994.
Copy of The Stage 1-2 Archaeological Assessment of the Walnut Park Development, 59 Walnut Street, City of St. Thomas, which found that "the historic reamins were not considered to be of sufficient significance to warrent registering under the provincial registry of archaeological sites", 1994.
