Scope and Content
Interior of the St. Thomas Metallic Grave Vaults Ltd. plant ca. 1917, showing munitions/artillery shells manufactured at the plant during the First World War. Retained for reference by the St. Thomas Times-Journal. The plant was located at 155 Curtis Street, on the northwest corner of Curtis and St. Catharine Streets (now the site of the St. Thomas Police and Administration of Justice Building).
