Events of preceding days were one of the topics of conversations and one of the items of interest in the Lawrence Station Hall was the pot-bellied stove which has served as a heating unit for many years. Grouped around it are (left to right) Mrs. Clarence Morrow, president of the Kensington Club; Miss Jean Killins, a charter member (seated) and Mrs. John McCormick, St. Thomas, who was president of the organization at its beginning."
