File contains items related to Jumbo the Elephant and his death in St. Thomas, Ontario on September 15, 1885. Includes a centennial matchstick box, a tourist brochure highlighting the history of Jumbo and typed document titled "Jumbo Fact Sheet" which includes biographical information as well as a list of statues erected in his honour.
Bronze coloured commemorative coin to celebrate the unveiling of the Jumbo statue. Coin is sealed in round plastic case and has image of a train and Jumbo on the front. Back of coin has city crest and 'St. Thomas Ontario' on it.
