Scope and Content
Two black and white photographs of Private Glenn Howard Fishbach (Service #A107214), a Second World War soldier, included in the revised edition of the North Yarmouth Women's Institute Tweedsmuir History, page 106. Private Fishbach was born on April 22, 1920 to Harvey and Annie Fishbach of North Yarmouth. He died on August 10, 1944 in Falaise, France and is now buried in The Canadian Military Cemetery at Brette ville sur Laize, France. Photo 106a shows Pte. Fishbach, while photo 106b shows his grave in France.

Four colour photographs concerning the grave of Orville Albert Long (service number A116352), a Second World War soldier, included in the Clachan Women's Institute Tweedsmuir History, Volume Six, page 21. Trooper Long was born in 1921 to Garnet H. and Annie Mae (Purcell) Long in Wardsville. He was a member of 14th Canadian Hussars, R.C.A.C., and was killed in action on August 27, 1944. He is buried at Bretteville-Sur-Laize Canadian War Cemetery in Calvados, France:
