The stone with an obelisk at the centre of the picture is for the Summers Family--Francis H. (d. 1920), his wife, Jane (d. 1912), and their three children Kate (d. 1895), William Alex (d. 1879), and Jennie (d. 1908). The stone to the right is for the Hoffman Family--James A. (d. 1944), his wife Sarah E. Best (d. 1928), and their children, Ernest A. (d. 1888), and Erwin M. (d. 1889).

Colour photograph of Mrs. Ella Bowman at Lundy's Lane Cemetery, Niagara Falls, standing with family burial plots in May, 1976, included in the Corinth Women's Institute Tweedsmuir History, Volume 2, page 72. Mrs. Bowman is the great granddaughter of Ira Cook. Cook is a descendent of Robert Cook and Martha Skinner, loyalists from New Jersey who left America in 1776. His brother, also Robert Cook, settled in Bayham in 1818. Mrs. Bowman is seen standing in front of the tombstones of Ira Cook's father and mother, Haggai and Sarah, and his sister, Sylvia. Mrs. Bowman passed away on November 26, 1978.
