Description
Framed oil painting by artist Eva Lister. The painting depicts an agricultural scene, with an expanse of farmers' fields. In the foreground is a house, two-storeyed and blue-green in colour. It has a sheltered porch and two visible chimneys. In front of the house is a well, a barn, and a cart full of hay. A small stream runs across the lower right portion of the image. Another house and a line of trees appears on the horizon. The painting is displayed without glass in a golden-coloured frame. The frame is incised with a repeating geometric pattern.

~1cm wide hole in the center of the image near the upper border, pierces through the canvas to the other side. Varnish yellowing. Some scratching on frame. Most of paper backing missing, except for around frame.
